AAA-1 Home Inspection and Mold Service Fees:
The basic home inspection includes checking hundreds of items that are listed on a written report that will be provided at the conclusion of the inspection. In addition, I include a 4-point inspection at no extra cost. This is needed by many insurance companies in order for them to underwrite your policy. Check with your insurance company.

Fees: Mold Inspections
·If you decide to do a home inspection, we will only charge $100 extra for Emma the mold hound to inspect the home for mold.
·If you only decide to have a mold inspection done by Emma, the charge for Emma’s inspection is $225.
·To do tape lifts, which will determine what species of mold is present, the lab costs plus shipping are $100.
